The Crusade Continues

The 500 Smiles Crusade is well underway.

In just the last month we have hosted 5 CPD workshops to just over 100 teachers, hand packed and delivered (to the post office) 93 copies of Book of Beasties: The Mental Wellness Card Game and the Beastie Guide and are processing over 200 primary school nominations.

But we’re not done yet, the Crusade is running until 20th July and the nominations are coming in fast.

Nominated schools who are selected for this opportunity receive a copy of our psychologist endorsed Mental Wellness Card Game and teacher guide, CPD training and ongoing support from the Book of Beasties team.

Thousands of teachers, inclusion leads and SENCOs around the UK already use Book of Beasties as their mental wellness solution either as a one to one or group intervention, or as part of a school’s overall wellbeing curriculum.

There is no other mental wellness resource for school that compares to Book of Beasties’ playful, creative and story driven, child-first approach to wellbeing education.

If you do not already have a copy of the game you can nominate your school here. If you do have a copy you can book here, onto one of our many workshops in the coming weeks.

The 500 Smiles Crusade incentive is our response to the lockdowns and school closures caused by COVID19 and the pressure this has put on children’s wellbeing. This is why Book of Beasties wants to provide an immediate and free solution, that also offers a long term support to help maintain and improve the mental wellness of children.

Join the hundreds of other teachers taking part in our crusade.
